Todays Amazing Meal

  • Breakfast: Avocado & Egg Toast. Two slices of sprouted grain bread topped with smashed avocado, red pepper flakes, and two poached eggs.
  • Mid-Morning Snack: A small container of cottage cheese with sliced cucumbers and cracked pepper.
  • Lunch: Chicken Caprese Salad. Grilled chicken breast strips, fresh mozzarella pearls, sliced tomatoes, and fresh basil drizzled with balsamic glaze.
  • Afternoon Snack: A small bag of air-popped popcorn and a string cheese.
  • Dinner: Baked Lemon-Herb Cod. Cod fillets roasted with cherry tomatoes and green beans, served with a side of pre-cooked brown rice.
