Todays Meal

You are in for a treat...

  • Breakfast: Overnight Protein Oats. Rolled oats soaked in almond milk with vanilla protein powder, topped with chia seeds, blueberries, and a drizzle of honey.
  • Mid-Morning Snack: Two hard-boiled eggs seasoned with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
  • Lunch: Mediterranean Chickpea Salad. Mashed chickpeas, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives tossed in lemon-tahini dressing, served over mixed greens.
  • Afternoon Snack: Apple slices with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter.
  • Dinner: Ground Turkey Stir-Fry. Lean ground turkey sautéed with ginger, garlic, and a bag of frozen stir-fry veggies, served over Trader Joe’s Frozen Cauliflower Rice.

Breakfast
